Big Data, Tailored Recruitment

Data Signals at the start of 2018 required a recruitment partner dedicated to helping small start-ups in what is a highly competitive data science talent landscape. The initial team needed to be fully operational within its first quarter, with all members of its technical team required on site within its Manchester City centre offices. BrightBox managed to execute a blended permeant and contractor-based model that has led to Data Signals delivering above expectations.

Following the original start-up phase BrightBox has been retained as the sole supplier for all Data Signals subsequent hires.

Along with meeting candidates and supervising the initial interview processes, BrightBox manages all pre-employment screening for Data Signals candidates, testing, credit and reference checks. We manage all offers, contracts and on boarding of candidates. Ensuring we are on site for every interview and first day. This has meant that Gary and the team can focus on delivering against the timelines whilst knowing that the recruitment continues to be managed effectively and efficiently.

Data Signals is a genuine success story for both BrightBox but more importantly Data Signals themselves.
